To establish and define methods to be used in the care of facilities to ensure compliance with GMP.

This SOP shall be applicable for all Departments.

4.1 All employees shall be responsible for the care of the facilities.
4.2 Head of Production shall be accountable for ensuring the care of facilities.

PROCEDURE
7.1 The procedures are defined for all personnel employed in the facilities. All such employees are responsible for knowing these procedures affecting their work and environment. Adherence to these procedures is a condition of continuing employment.
7.2 All persons working in the facilities shall practice good housekeeping all the time.
7.3 Eating, drinking, smoking, etc. strictly, prohibited outside of those areas designated for these purposes. The storage of food in the production area is not allowed.
7.4 All employees and visitors in the production areas shall wear appropriate garments as needed.
7.5 All personnel shall practice good personal hygiene while on the premises.
7.6 All machinery shall be used according to their specifications.
7.7 Any problem noted shall be reported immediately to the supervisor.
7.8 All equipment shall be kept clean, maintained well, handled gently and taken care when not in use.
7.9 The building and work area shall be maintained well and treated with respect as they represent our livelihood.
