1.0 OBJECTIVE
To provide a written procedure for dress requirement and gowning procedure in the Visitors’ Change Area only for visitors entering the general production area of Vision, PFS and LYO Units.
2.0 SCOPE
This SOP shall be applicable for visitors entering General Production Area of Vision, PFS and LYO Units.

4.0 RESPONSIBILITY/ACCOUNTABILITY
4.1 All visitors using the change area shall be responsible for implementation of the procedure.
4.2 Head of Department shall be accountable for training and ensuring implementation of the procedure.

7.0 PROCEDURE
7.1 GOWNING REQUIREMENT AND PROCEDURE FOR VISITORS ENTERING GENERAL PRODUCTION AREA
7.1.1 Visitors shall enter into the general production area through “Change Area” and shall –
Wear Apron.
Wrap footwear with shoe cover.
Put on headgear to cover all hair.
7.1.2 Before leaving general production area visitors shall put off their apron, headgear and shoe cover in respective waste bin placed in the visitor change area.
