Dynamic Pass Box is equipped with a suction HEPA filter of around 0.3 microns.
A static pass box doesn’t have a filter.
1. Dynamic Pass Box:
A dynamic pass box is equipped with HEPA/ULPA filters and operates with air circulation to prevent contamination during the transfer of materials between areas of different cleanliness levels.
It has a laminar airflow system that ensures a continuous flow of filtered air, maintaining a controlled environment.
Used to transfer materials from one cleanroom to another, there cleanliness and contamination control are critical.
Frequently used in pharmaceutical production, laboratories, and areas where materials need sterilization protection during transfer.
2. Static Pass Box
A static pass box is a simple enclosure with no airflow system, designed for material transfer between areas with the same cleanliness classification.
It does not have any airflow or filtration mechanism.
Used to pass materials where contamination risk is minimal or the cleanliness levels of both areas are the same.
Common in less critical areas or facilities where a controlled airflow is not required.
