Objective: To establish a standard procedure for labeling AHUs with its specification.
Scope: This SOP is applicable for all the AHUs of Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited (Track –II).
Responsibility:
=> Engineering Officer shall be responsible to follow the SOP strictly.
=> Supervisor shall be responsible to ensure that the SOP is followed properly.
Accountability:
=> Head of Engineering.
Precautions:
=> Ensure that specification of all the AHUs are attached on the wall of each AHU.
=> Ensure that the specification sheet is allocated to appropriate AHU.
Procedure:
=> Detailed specification of all the AHUs shall be documented in a format as per ANNEXURE-I.
=> The specifications shall cover the following information:
Schematic Drawing of AHU
Make
Design Temp.
Design RH%
Capacity
Area Catered
Type of filters installed
=> The AHU specification sheet shall be prepared by Head of Engineering and approved by Head of QA.
=> The specification sheet shall be attached on the wall of appropriate AHU.
=> The specification sheet must be easily visible.
