Objective: To establish a standard procedure for labeling AHUs with its specification.
Scope: This SOP is applicable for all the AHUs of (Company Name).
Responsibility:
- Engineering Officer shall be responsible to follow the SOP strictly.
- Supervisor shall be responsible to ensure that the SOP is followed properly.
Accountibility:
Head of Engineering.
Precautions:
Ensure that specification of all the AHUs are attached on the wall of each AHU.
Ensure that the specification sheet is allocated to appropriate AHU.
Procedure:
Detailed specification of all the AHUs shall be documented in a format as per ANNEXURE-I.
The specifications shall cover the following information:
Schematic Drawing of AHU
Make
Design Temp.
Design RH%
Capacity
Area Catered
Type of filters installed
The AHU specification sheet shall be prepared by Head of Engineering and approved by Head of QA.
The specification sheet shall be attached on the wall of appropriate AHU.
The specification sheet must be easily visible.
