Relative Standard Deviation

RSD (Relative Standard Deviation): The square of the standard deviation is called the variance. A further measure of precision, known as the Relative Standard Deviation is given by: RSD = s/x Relative Standard Deviation is Standard Deviation divided by Arithmetic mean. RSD = s/x Where S= Standard Deviation, x = Mean value.

Relative Standard Deviation (RSD) is the measure of deviation of a set of numbers disseminated around the mean and and is calculated as the ratio of standard deviation to the mean for a set of numbers.
